Validity: Simply login to your Smart Traveller account before purchase and activate the pass to receive 150 ST points per pass purchase.
PPL Passes: Access to lounges are subject to the type of PPL Pass purchased.
Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/Cancellation: PPL Pass purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.

Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Valid for new Smart Traveller registration from 1 April to 31 December 2024 only. Vouchers will be issued in the Smart Traveller app wallet upon activation of membership, which must be done during the Promotion Period. Present the corresponding voucher at applicable lounge reception to redeem. Companion discount is valid at eligible lounges listed on the voucher, and for one accompanying guest only. Complimentary child access is valid for one accompanying child up to 11 years old only.
