Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. Confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/Cancellation: PPL Pass Australia purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
