• The offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.
• The offers are applicable to bookings for both Plaza Premium First (PPF) and Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) locations at level 4 of the International Departures in Vancouver International Airport.

Offers:
1) 30% Off for your Companions at YVR Plaza Premium First:

• Offer is valid for bookings from 2 to 31 Dec 2024 (GMT -8, both dates inclusive), and for visits between 2 Dec 2024 and 28 Feb 2025 (GMT -8, both dates inclusive).
• Offer is limited to adult companions (18 years and older) for 2, 3, and 6 hour of lounge access.

2) 20% Off at YVR Plaza Premium Lounge:

• Offer is limited to 2, 3 and 6-hour of lounge access.

Availability:Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Smart Traveller:To enjoy the offer, members must log in to their account using valid login credentials before making a reservation.

Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.  Booking/ payment made without promo code (where applicable), received after service check-in date/time or after 31 December 2024 (GMT -8), whichever is earlier, shall not be entitled to the Discount.

Booking Modification/Cancellation:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounge/Plaza Premium First (for Discounted Transactions): Booking is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounge/Plaza Premium First (for Non-discount Transactions): Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission.

Final Decision:In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
