Terms and Conditions
1. Validity:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounge Access
The discount is applicable when a valid promo code is applied for a minimum 2-hour lounge access package booked through Plaza Premium Lounge website,
https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com during the Promotion Period for selected lounges only. Offer is valid for Plaza Premium First and Plaza Premium Lounges only, excluding lounges at Abu Dhabi (AUH), Plaza Express London Gatwick (LGW), SkyTeam Lounge operated by Plaza Premium Lounge in Sydney (SYD), and all third-party lounges.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) Pass
The discount is applicable when a valid promo code is applied to purchase Plaza Premium Lounge Pass and Plaza Premium First Lounge Experience Pass through the Plaza Premium Lounge website,
https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com during the Promotion Period. Access to lounges and/or services are subject to the pass type purchased. Savings are compared against regular walk-in rates. Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
(c) AEROTEL Airport Hotel Booking
The discount is applicable when bookings made at least 7 days in advance hrough the Aerotel website,
https://www.myaerotel.com. Discount will be automatically applied to eligible room types and rates.
(d) ALLWAYS – Meet & Assist Service
The discount is applicable when Smart Traveller membership is logged in or registered before booking ALLWAYS Meet & Assist services, through the ALLWAYS website,
https://www.allwaysvip.com. Discount will be reflected automatically for eligible locations and services. through the ALLWAYS website,
https://www.allwaysvip.com .
2. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Unless otherwise specific, offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Smart Traveller member’s rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services. Smart Traveller members must login to their Smart Traveller account before booking/purchase to enjoy any applicable members’ rate.
3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge, Aerotel, and/or Allways, as applicable, in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
4. Booking Modification/Cancellation:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounges and Plaza Premium First: Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounges Passes: Purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
(c) Aerotel and ALLWAYS: Cancellation/modification are subject to the rate plan selected at the time of booking.
5. Personal Data: We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our
Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy.
6. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
7. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
