- Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The ticket is valid only for the line specified in it.
- Child rates are available for children aged up to 11 years old at the time of travel.
- Complimentary travel for infants/children below 6 years old who do not occupy a seat (please purchase a ticket if your infant/child requires seat).
- Once any information printed on ticket is corrected or altered, ticket shall become void.
*Lounge access includes free full day luggage storage for up to 2 pieces per guest, subject to the access type booked. The total dimension of baggage should not exceed 158 cm/62 in (Length + Width + Height). Guests must not leave any valuable items, such as money or passports, in their stored baggage. A declaration will be required to be signed prior to leaving baggage in the lounge.
