Validity: The offer is only valid for bookings made through
plazapremiumlounge.com or for walk-ins during the promotion periods. To avail the discounts for online bookings, you need to input the valid promo code. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. The stay period for lounge access booked during the Mid-Year Fiesta promotion period will be valid until 31st December 2024.
Availability: Reservations are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Smart Traveller: To enjoy the offers, members must log in to their account using valid login credentials before making a reservation.
Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking within the promotion period in order to enjoy the Discount. Booking is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. Booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
Booking Modification/Cancellation for the First Month Opening Promotion Period: Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission to lounge.
Modification/Cancellation for the Mid-Year Fiesta Promotion Period: Booking is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.

Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
