Terms and Conditions
1. Validity:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounge Access
*The discounts are applicable when using the promo code to book a minimum of 2-hour advance lounge access, at least 3 days in advance through Plaza Premium Lounge website
https://www.plazapremiumlounge.com within the Promotion Period. Selected lounges only. Once the booking is made, there is no option for cancellation or refund. The lounge access is valid until 31 December 2024. Smart Traveller members must sign in and input a valid promo code to avail the offer. Unless otherwise specified, offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.
The discounts are applicable to self-owned Plaza Premium Lounges and partner lounges, excluding Osaka-Umeda City Terminal by Plaza Premium Lounge (from 21 June to 20 July), Abu Dhabi (AUH) Pearl Lounge, Bangkok (BKK) Oman Air First & Business Class Lounge, and all Menzies lounges in Copenhagen (CPH), Stockholm (ARN), Gothenburg (GOT), Isle of Man (IOM), Queenstown (ZQN), Christchurch (CHC). Johannesburg (JNB), and Durban (DUR). However, there is a 20% discount available for all eBridge lounges in South Korea (ICN/GMP/PUS) and Phuket (HKT) The Coral lounges for Smart Traveller and non-Smart Traveller members.
^Each Smart Traveller member can bring one child aged 11 or below free of charge to the self-owned Plaza Premium Lounges by simply presenting their membership at the lounge reception.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounge (PPL) Pass
Offer is only valid for Smart Traveller members whose purchases are made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website

Smart Traveller members must login to your Smart Traveller account before purchase to enjoy and applicable members’ rate. Offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers. Access to lounges is subject to the type of PPL Pass purchased.
(c) ALLWAYS – Meet & Assist Service in Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports
Offer is only valid for Smart Traveller members and non-members whose bookings are made through the ALLWAYS website
https://www.allwaysvip.com with the promo code from 21 June 2024 until 2359 hrs, 15 September 2024 (GMT +8, both dates inclusive). Customers can use the service until 30 September 2024.
(d) ALLWAYS – Meet & Assist Service
Offer is only valid for Smart Traveller members whose bookings are made through the ALLWAYS website

(e) Airport Dining
Offer is valid for Smart Traveller members whose bookings are made through the Plaza Premium Lounge website

2. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Smart Traveller member’s rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services.
3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. Booking/ payment made without promo code (where applicable), received after service check-in date/time or after 31 August 2024 (GMT +8), whichever is earlier, shall not be entitled to the Discount.
4. Booking Modification/Cancellation:
(a) Plaza Premium Lounges (for Mid-Year Fiesta Promotional Transactions): Booking is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
(b) Plaza Premium Lounges (for Non-discount Transactions): Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission.
(c) Plaza Premium Lounges Passes: Purchase is non-cancellable, non-modifiable and non-refundable.
(d) Aerotel and ALLWAYS: Cancellation/modification are subject to the offer/rate plan selected at the time of booking.
(e) Airport Dining: Cancellations/amendments must be made no later than 24 hours before the booked usage or check-in time. A fee of USD10 per person or 25% of the total booking amount, whichever is higher, is payable.
5. Personal Data: We will comply with applicable local laws concerning personal data protection. Please read our
Privacy Policy to understand our personal data protection policy.
6. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
7. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
