1. Validity:
This promotion is exclusively valid for online bookings only on www.plazapremiumlounge.com. The online discount is only applicable for eligible lounges and packages when booked at least 1 hour in advance.
Smart Traveller members must log in to their Smart Traveller account before booking to view applicable members’ rate. The offer is not valid, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promo codes, promotions, or vouchers.
2. Availability: Reservations and purchases are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Smart Traveller member’s rates are limited and may not be available for all products/services.
3. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase within the Promotion Period in order to enjoy the Offer. Purchase is only considered as confirmed when payment has been received by Plaza Premium Lounge in full. A purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.
4. Booking Modification/Cancellation:
Booking modification may be made up to 6 hours before the lounge admission time. A fee of USD10 per person will be imposed. No refund for any cancellation made within 6 hours before admission.

6. Variation and Termination: Plaza Premium Lounge shall reserve the sole absolute right to terminate, cancel, postpone, modify or vary the terms and conditions of this promotion without assigning any reasons and without any prior notice.
7. Final Decision: In the event of any dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final and conclusive. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
